Areas of responsibility:
♦ Responsible for maintaining the cleanliness of the hotel area
♦ Responsible for maintaining cleanliness in the lobby
♦ Responsible for laundry services (internal/external)
♦ Supervise and train staff in maintaining cleanliness of the hotel area
♦ Ordering and budget control in cooperation with the hotel manager
♦ Responsible for ensuring compliance with River Cruise Ship standards according to the service catalogue
♦ Constantly attending to passengers
♦ Greeting guests at check-in and check-out
♦ Tending to potted plants and cut flowers on board
♦ Assist in cleaning cabins if necessary

♦ Full qualification
♦ Minimum 2 years experience in similar position or position of leadership
♦ Fluent in German and English; other languages are a plus
♦ Familiarity with MS Office, Protel a plus
♦ Customer-oriented
♦ At least 25 years old
