Areas of responsibility:
 
 Responsible for the kitchen area
 Responsible for the professional preparation and distribution of daily meals, including breakfast buffet
 Responsible for ordering food
 Responsible for ensuring compliance with the hygiene standards of the HACCP
 Supervise and train 5-15 employees
 Cost and budget control
 Ensure compliance with all standards in the kitchen area
 Participation in representative events on board
 
 
 
♦ Education as a cook
♦ 2 years leadership experience
♦ Experience on a ship is a plus
♦ Fluent in German and English; other languages are a plus
♦ Customer-oriented
♦ At least 26 years old

Other additional information:
 
The employee is entitled to 6 days off per month. Per month or part thereof the days are calculated pro rata. Individual days off may be give onboard the ship according to the booking situation. The 72 days for the full year (12 month) include all days off/vacations days and public holidays according to Swiss law (52 Sundays and 9 public holidays = 61 per year)
